The Elevator Service Engineer is responsible for the Maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of elevators to ensure their efficient and safe operation. This role involves regular inspections, diagnostics, and customer service to maintain high standards of elevator performance. The Service Engineer will also be required to keep up with industry standards and safety regulations

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance on elevators, including checking mechanical, electrical, and safety systems.

• Troubleshoot and repair elevator malfunctions, addressing mechanical, electrical, and control issues.

• Conduct safety inspections to ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards.

• Respond promptly to service calls and emergencies, ensuring minimal downtime of equipment.

• Provide on-site technical support and explain technical issues to customers in a clear manner.

• Maintain positive relationships with customers and ensure their satisfaction with services rendered.

• Strong Technical, Organizational and Communication skills (Kannada must)

• Team player and should be able to work in a team environment to achieve team goals
