Job Summary:

We are seeking a fresher /skilled and experienced Elevator Installation and Commissioning Engineer to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, testing, and commissioning of elevators and escalators, ensuring they meet all safety standards and operational requirements.

This role requires technical expertise, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Installation:

Perform the installation of elevator systems, including mechanical and electrical components, according to specifications and technical drawings.

Assemble and mount all elevator parts, such as rails, car frames, doors, and motors.

Ensure proper alignment and calibration of all components for optimal performance.

Commissioning:

Conduct thorough testing of installed elevators to verify proper operation and adherence to safety standards.

Troubleshoot and resolve any issues identified during the testing phase.

Perform final adjustments and calibrations to ensure smooth and safe elevator operation.

Safety Compliance:

Adhere to all relevant safety regulations and standards during installation and commissioning activities.

Conduct safety inspections and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards.

Ensure all work is performed in a safe and efficient manner.

Documentation:

Maintain detailed records of installation and commissioning activities, including tests performed, issues encountered, and solutions implemented.

Prepare and submit required documentation to supervisors and relevant authorities.

Customer Interaction:

Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and address any concerns.

Provide clients with instructions on the proper use and maintenance of installed elevator systems.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with other engineers, technicians, and contractors to ensure successful project completion.

Assist in training junior engineers and technicians as needed.

Qualifications:

Education:

Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum 0-10 years of experience in elevator installation and commissioning.

Proven track record of successfully completing elevator installation and commissioning projects.

Technical Skills:

Strong knowledge of elevator systems, components, and installation procedures.

Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics.

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
