Job Description
Responsibilities -
- Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and quality standards.
- Ensure all food leaving the kitchen meets the required presentation and taste standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the assigned kitchen section.
- Support the shift lead/manager in daily kitchen operations.
- Check ingredients for freshness, proper storage, and quality before use.
- Ensure proper portion control and minimize food wastage.
- Train and guide Team Members and kitchen staffs.
- Coordinate effectively with other kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Good knowledge of basic cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
- Strong focus on food quality, taste, and presentation.
