Job Title: Commis I (Experienced)

Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹22,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Commis I to join our kitchen team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in food preparation, maintaining kitchen hygiene, and supporting senior chefs in daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and cooking of dishes as per the menu
• Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of food
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen
• Follow instructions from senior chefs and kitchen supervisors
• Manage mise en place and ensure proper storage of ingredients
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages when required
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Commis I or similar role
• Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and kitchen operations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Willingness to work flexible shifts
