Job Title: Commis 2

Job Summary:
The Commis 2 assists in food preparation and basic cooking tasks under the guidance of senior chefs. Responsible for maintaining hygiene, mise en place, and supporting kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare ingredients and assist with cooking as per instructions.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations.
Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
Support senior chefs with daily kitchen duties.
Requirements:
0-2 years of kitchen experience.
Basic culinary skills and knowledge.
Team player with a willingness to learn.
Flexible with shifts and work hours.
