✨ Job Title: Commis 2 – Café Fiori

About the Role

We’re looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Commis 2 to join our all-women-led pastry and café team at Café Fiori. You’ll support daily kitchen operations, assist in preparation across bakery, café and pastry sections, and uphold our ingredient-forward, craft-driven standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in mise en place for café dishes, bakery prep and basic pastry production
• Execute recipes consistently and maintain high product quality
• Support the Commis 1/Chef de Partie in daily tasks and service
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and workstation organisation as per FSSAI standards
• Handle basic equipment and follow all safety and sanitation protocols
• Contribute to smooth service during peak hours and ensure timely dish execution

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in café, bakery or pastry kitchens (freshers with strong interest may be considered)
• Basic knowledge of baking, café dishes and kitchen operations
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-standards environment
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and teamwork skills
