Loan Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong client relationships. The candidate will be responsible for managing customer accounts, generating business, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

• Key Responsibilities:Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
• Understand customer needs and provide suitable products/services
• Achieve sales targets and revenue goals
• Handle client queries, complaints, and escalations
• Conduct regular follow-ups with clients
• Cross-sell and upsell company products
• Maintain client database and update CRM regularly
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery
• Prepare sales reports and performance analysis
