Loan Executive

Acquire and service MSME customers within a 10–15 km radius of the assigned branch.

Pitch and sell MSME-focused financial products, including Personal Loans for Business

Owners, Mortgage Loans, and Business Expansion Loans.

Build and maintain a high-quality loan portfolio.

Ensure timely collections and maintain strong customer relationships.

Sales & Business Acquisition:

Visit shops and MSME businesses to pitch loan products.

Self-source customers for PL (Small Business Owners), Mortgage Loans, and Business

Expansion Loans.

Explain product features, documentation, and benefits to customers.

Achieve monthly business targets of 15–20 Lakhs to qualify for incentives.

Customer Relationship & Portfolio Quality:

Maintain good relationships with customers to generate leads and repeat business.

Ensure timely EMI repayments and monitor portfolio quality.

Documentation & Coordination:

Collect and verify customer documents.

Coordinate for property inspection, valuation, and legal verification (for mortgage loans).

Support branch teams during sanctioning and documentation.

Ensure correct mortgage creation as per legal guidelines.

Collections:

Follow up with customers for repayments.

Take proactive steps to avoid delinquency.

Eligibility Criteria:

Fresher:

Graduated with no prior experience after graduation.

Age must be ≤ 23 years.

10+2 candidates are not eligible as freshers.

Experienced – Non NBFC:

Graduate/Undergraduate with experience in FMCG, Pharma, Large 4-wheeler

dealerships, Liquor industry (sales/marketing).

Not Eligible: Microfinance, small shops, telecom/SIM sales, 2-wheeler sales/service,

IT/ITES, manufacturing.

Experienced – NBFC:

Graduate/Undergraduate with experience in secured lending (Mortgage, LAP, CV loans).

Must have earned incentives in at least 2 of the last 6 months (verified via payslip).

If experience is above 18 months, must be from Direct Sourcing.

Additional Requirements:

Must have a Bike and valid Driving License.

Strong communication and field-sales orientation.

Ability to work independently in the field.
