Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Loan Sales Executive to promote and sell loan products to potential customers. The role involves identifying prospects, explaining loan options, and ensuring smooth processing and closure of loan applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and contact potential customers for personal, business, or home loans.
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable loan products.
• Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Explain loan procedures, eligibility, interest rates, EMI options, and documentation requirements.
• Collect and verify customer documents to initiate the loan process.
• Coordinate with internal teams and financial institutions for application processing.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team performance.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, follow-ups, and conversions.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in loan or financial product sales (freshers with good communication skills may also apply).
• Strong knowledge of various loan products and financial services.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
