Job Description
- Prospecting & Calling: Make outbound calls to potential leads from databases, marketing campaigns, and referrals for home, personal, or business loans.
- Product Explanation: Clearly explain loan products, features, benefits, interest rates, eligibility criteria, and repayment options.
- Needs Analysis: Understand customer financial needs and profile them for appropriate loan solutions.
- Application & Documentation: Guide customers through digital applications and collect necessary KYC/income documents (Aadhaar, PAN, bank statements etc).
- Sales & Targets: Achieve monthly sales targets (KPIs) and conversion goals.
- CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all calls, customer interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Coordination: Liaise with credit, operations, and sales teams for smooth loan processing.
- Compliance: Adhere to all RBI and NBFC guidelines during customer interactions.
