Job Title: GPay Credit – Merchant Loan Process Executive
Job Summary:
Responsible for managing end-to-end merchant loan processing on Google Pay Credit, including onboarding, verification, disbursal, and post-loan support while ensuring compliance and service quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboard merchants for GPay Credit loan products
- Verify merchant KYC, business details, and eligibility
- Coordinate loan application processing and disbursal
- Resolve merchant queries related to loans, EMIs, and repayments
- Collaborate with risk, operations, and customer support teams
