Job Description
Job Title: Personal Loan Sales ExecutiveLocation: Johnson Market, Bangalore
- Salary & BenefitsIn-hand Salary: ₹19,500 per month
- CTC: ₹22,000 – ₹23,000 per month
- Weekly Off: Fixed Sunday
- Incentives: As per performance and company policy
- Job ResponsibilitiesSell Personal Loan products to customers
- Generate leads through field work, references, and walk-ins
- Explain loan details, eligibility, interest rates, and documentation
- Assist customers with loan application and follow-ups
- Coordinate with bank/NBFC teams for loan processing
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Maintain proper customer data and reports
- Eligibility CriteriaDegree is mandatory (Any graduation)
- Experience in Personal Loan / Banking / Finance sales preferred
- Freshers with strong communication skills can apply
- Good communication skills in Kannada & English (Hindi is an added advantage)
- Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling
- Working HoursFull-time, day shift
- Fixed Sunday weekly off
