Loan Officer

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for banking voice process

Minimum Qualification: 10+2 / Any Graduate Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote personal loan products.
• Clearly explain loan features, benefits, eligibility criteria, and repayment terms to customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend tailored loan solutions.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Address customer inquiries and provide accurate, professional assistance.
• Maintain thorough and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Follow up on leads from various sources to ensure successful conversions.
• Adhere to company policies, processes, and compliance guidelines

Requirements:

• Strong communication and sales persuasion skills.
• Proficiency in regional languages (Kannada) and/or English (additional languages are a plus).
• Ability to handle objections and close deals confidently.
•  Basic knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office is preferred

Shifts Timing:- 9.30 to 6.30 (Day shift)

• Salary:- 15,000 in hand + unlimited incentives
