Job Role & Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential loan customers (cold & warm leads).
• Convert suspect leads into prospects by explaining loan products and identifying needs.
• Schedule meetings for the sales team and follow up consistently until closure.
• Coordinate with the field sales officer and update them on lead status.
• Maintain accurate records of conversations and updates in the CRM/software.
• Ensure knowledge of all loan products, policies, and competitors.
• Handle customer objections professionally and ensure high-quality conversations.
• Generate referrals and collect market feedback to share with supervisors.

Key Skills Required:

• Excellent communication and convincing skills
• Strong follow-up and customer relationship skills
• Basic computer knowledge & CRM usage
• Ability to work under targets and pressure
• Positive attitude and learning mindset
