Job Description
- Collect and verify customer documents (KYC, income proof, bank statements, etc.)
- Data entry of loan applications in bank/NBFC portals
- Coordinate with relationship managers, sales team, and credit departments
- Follow up for login, approval, sanction, and disbursement
- Track pending cases and update status regularly
- Maintain proper records (physical & digital files)
- Handle customer queries related to loan processing
- Ensure compliance with bank policies and documentation standards
Basic knowledge of loan products (Personal Loan, Home Loan, Business Loan, etc.)
Good communication & follow-up skills
Attention to detail and documentation accuracy
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email handling)
Ability to work under deadlines
