Handle and process loan applications from initiation to disbursement.

1. Verify applicant information, KYC documents, income proofs, and other required details.
2. Coordinate with credit, risk, and verification teams for file approval.
3. Maintain and update records in the system accurately and promptly.
4. Follow up with customers or sales teams for any missing information or documentation.
5. Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance standards, and turnaround times (TAT).
6. Prepare loan files for audit and quality checks.
7. Support in resolving customer queries related to loan processing.
8. Maintain confidentiality of customer and financial information.
