Roles & Responsibilities

1. People Handling & Management Supervision: Manage and supervise all delivery partners across assigned routes to ensure they follow SOPs for milk handling, hygiene, and crate management.

Performance Reviews: Conduct regular reviews and provide training to improve efficiency and service quality. Attendance Tracking: Track daily attendance through systems or manual logs and maintain a manpower availability dashboard.

Corrective Action: Take necessary actions for absenteeism, low productivity, or repeated non-compliance.

2. Delivery Partner Hiring & Onboarding Manpower Planning: Plan requirements based on route load, peak hours, and business growth. Recruitment: Source delivery partners through internal HR, external vendors, and local sourcing.

Compliance: Ensure complete documentation, ID verification, and compliance during the onboarding process.

Training: Conduct onboarding training on route familiarization, safe product handling, and customer interaction.

3. Delivery & Operational Excellence OTD Achievement: Strategically plan routes and dispatch schedules to ensure 100% On-Time Delivery.

Real-time Monitoring: Intervene to resolve route delays and align vehicle availability with inventory loading.

Issue Resolution: Address delivery-related issues such as delays, shortages, or product damages. Inventory & Crates: Oversee daily stock receipts, dispatch, and reconciliation while monitoring crate returns to minimize loss.

4. Customer Experience & Field Visits Field Monitoring: Conduct field visits to ensure route execution and milk handling meet company standards. Customer Complaints: Resolve customer complaints promptly to ensure a high-quality service experience.

Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with sales, production, and warehouse teams to address escalations from distributors or retail customers. Key Skills &

Experience Experience: Minimum 1 year in last-mile operations, preferably in Dairy or FMCG Management: Prior experience handling manpower-intensive operations and managing large delivery teams.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and basic MIS tracking. Operational Stamina: Ability to work under pressure and manage early- morning dispatch
