🔹 Key Responsibilities

Here’s what you can include in the job description:

  • Handle booking of B2B shipments with logistics partners and transporters.
  • Coordinate order dispatch, pickup scheduling, and delivery tracking.
  • Manage customer and client communication regarding order updates.
  • Resolve shipment issues and coordinate returns or claims.
  • Maintain records of shipments, invoices, and order documentation.
  • Collaborate with the sales and warehouse teams for smooth operations.
  • Provide prompt and professional customer support via phone, email, or WhatsApp.


🔹 Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Education: Graduate in any discipline (preferred: BBA, B.Com, BA).
  • Experience: Fresher to 2 years (training can be provided).

Skills:

  • Good communication and email etiquette
  • Basic Excel or Google Sheets
  • Understanding of logistics or order management (preferred, not mandatory)
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Gender Preference: Female
