🔹 Key Responsibilities

- Handle booking of B2B shipments with logistics partners and transporters.
- Coordinate order dispatch, pickup scheduling, and delivery tracking.
- Manage customer and client communication regarding order updates.
- Resolve shipment issues and coordinate returns or claims.
- Maintain records of shipments, invoices, and order documentation.
- Collaborate with the sales and warehouse teams for smooth operations.
- Provide prompt and professional customer support via phone, email, or WhatsApp.
🔹 Ideal Candidate Profile
- Education: Graduate in any discipline (preferred: BBA, B.Com, BA).
- Experience: Fresher to 2 years (training can be provided).
Skills:
- Good communication and email etiquette
- Basic Excel or Google Sheets
- Understanding of logistics or order management (preferred, not mandatory)
- Organized and detail-oriented
