Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesHandle shipment bookings for:

  • Walk-in customers
  • Existing tied-up (contracted) customers
  • Coordinate with customers for:

  • Pickup details
  • Shipment documentation
  • Delivery timelines
  • Prepare and share daily shipment reports with all tied-up customers accurately and on time.
  • Provide shipping support to colleagues whenever required (rate checks, tracking, issue resolution, documentation support).
  • Ensure proper AWB generation, weight confirmation, and shipment status updates.
  • Follow up on pending pickups, delays, and delivery issues and provide timely updates.
  • Maintain proper records of bookings, customer communications, and reports.
  • Actively work on simplifying internal processes to make daily operations smoother and support faster issue resolution.
  • Skills & RequirementsBasic knowledge of logistics, courier, or supply chain operations
  • Good communication skills (English & local language preferred)
  • Comfortable with Excel, email, and reporting
  • Ability to multitask and work under daily operational pressure
  • Team player with a supportive attitude
  • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Preferred ProfileExperience in courier / logistics / freight operations is an advantage
  • Freshers with strong learning ability can also apply
