Job Title: Logistics Executive

Department: Supply Chain / Operations

Location: Bangalore 

Experience: 1–4 Years

Key Responsibilities:

Handle order booking and processing for B2B, D2C, and E-commerce channels.

Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and dispatch teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Manage shipment planning, route allocation, and transporter coordination.

Monitor daily order flow, dispatch schedules, and delivery timelines.

Ensure accurate documentation including invoices, e-way bills, PODs, and shipping labels.

Track shipments and proactively resolve delivery delays or issues.

Manage returns, RTOs, and reverse logistics for D2C and E-commerce orders.

Maintain order and logistics data in ERP / WMS / order management systems.

Coordinate with courier partners and freight vendors for rate negotiation and service quality.

Prepare daily and monthly logistics reports (dispatch, delivery, pending orders, costs).

Ensure compliance with company policies and logistics SOPs.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of B2B, D2C, and E-commerce logistics operations.

Hands-on experience with order booking, dispatch planning, and shipment tracking.

Familiarity with courier aggregators, transporters, and last-mile delivery.

Good command over MS Excel, ERP systems, and order management tools.

Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Commerce, or related field.

Experience in FMCG / Retail / E-commerce / Manufacturing preferred.

On-time dispatch and delivery performance

Order accuracy and documentation compliance

Reduction in logistics costs and RTO percentage

Customer satisfaction and issue resolution turnaround time
