Logistics Executive

We’re looking for a Logistics Executive who can keep things moving smoothly and communicate clearly with everyone involved in the delivery journey. This role is equal parts coordination, problem-solving, and people skills. If you know how to talk, follow up, and get things done, this one’s for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily shipments with transport partners and courier companies
• Act as the main point of contact between warehouse, courier partners, and delivery hubs
• Communicate with courier personnel to ensure timely pickup and delivery
• Coordinate logistics requirements with other D2C brands and shared transport partners
• Track deliveries and proactively resolve delays, missed pickups, or delivery issues
• Share regular updates with internal teams on shipment status
• Maintain basic records of dispatches, deliveries, and partner communication
