Logistics Executive

• Planning: Creating project plans, incorporating logistics requirements into designs, and ensuring materials are available 

• Sourcing: Managing the buying and delivery of goods and services, and negotiating rates with carriers 

• Inventory: Managing inventory, developing inventory management processes, and ensuring adequate redundancy 

• Purchasing: Creating purchase orders, following up with vendors, and ensuring the quality of purchased parts 

• Communication: Developing and maintaining good client relationships, and communicating with vendors 

• Compliance: Observing and following all ISO and health and safety compliances 

• Reporting: Preparing management reports and analyzing statistical data 

• Production: Monitoring production progress and ensuring delivery on time in full

• Cost Management : To work the best transport costs to designated Delivery Locations . 

• Vendor Management : Maintain Strong relationships with all Logistics & Warehousing , Freight Forwarders & transportation Companies . 

• Data management : maintaining Appropriate Records and Reports for timely Analysis.
