Logistics Executive

We’re looking for a Logistics Executive who can keep things moving smoothly and communicate clearly with everyone involved in the delivery journey. This role is equal parts coordination, problem-solving, and people skills.

Key Responsibilities

* Coordinate daily shipments with transport partners and courier companies

* Act as the main point of contact between warehouse, courier partners, and delivery hubs

* Communicate with courier personnel to ensure timely pickup and delivery

* Coordinate logistics requirements with other e-commerce & quick commerce brands and shared transport partners

* Track deliveries and proactively resolve delays, missed pickups, or delivery issues

* Share regular updates with internal teams on shipment status

* Maintain basic records of dispatches, deliveries, and partner communication
