Job Description
Arrange vehicles as per dispatch requirements
Coordinate with transporters and drivers for timely vehicle placement
Plan daily vehicle movement for material dispatch and delivery
Follow up with drivers for loading, unloading, and on-time delivery
Ensure proper documentation like LR copy, invoice, e-way bill, etc.
Track vehicle movement and update delivery status regularly
Negotiate transportation rates with vendors / transporters
