Machine Operator

We're seeking a motivated and reliable candidate for our client SKF India which is a Swedish Multinational Company, to play a key role in our fast-paced manufacturing environment. You'll be responsible for operating and maintaining production equipment, ensuring quality standards are met, and contributing to overall production efficiency. This role offers a chance to develop strong technical skills and gain valuable experience in the manufacturing industry.

Job Responsibilities:

Machine Operation and Setup:

• Set up and operate various production machines according to procedures and blueprints.
• Perform pre-operational checks to ensure machines are functioning correctly and safely.
• Adjust machine settings and parameters to optimize production output and quality.
• Identify and troubleshoot minor machine malfunctions, following established procedures.

Quality Control:

• Conduct thorough inspections of products at designated points in the production process.
• Identify and remove defective products from the line, maintaining accurate quality control records.
• Report any quality control concerns or trends to the supervisor for further investigation.

Material Handling:

• Load and unload raw materials and finished products from machines efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety regulations.
• Assist with housekeeping duties to ensure a safe and productive work environment.

Production Support:

• Monitor production flow and report any potential issues that could cause delays
