Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Mechanical Diploma holder to join our team as a Mechanical Technician. The role involves operating machinery, ensuring smooth machine functionality, and performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of mechanical systems, an ability to work with minimal supervision, and a proactive approach to preventing equipment failure.

Responsibilities:

1. Machine Operation: Operate and monitor machinery, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to SOPs.
2. Preventive Maintenance: Conduct routine and preventive maintenance to prevent breakdowns and maintain smooth operations.
3. Troubleshooting and Repair: Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and operational issues promptly.
4. Safety and Compliance: Adhere to safety guidelines and ensure a safe, clean work environment.
5. Continuous Improvement: Suggest improvements in operations and maintenance processes for efficiency and reduced downtime.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Mechanical Engineering diploma or related field.
• Experience in machine operations and maintenance.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities.
• Knowledge of electrical/pneumatic systems (optional).
• Attention to detail and team collaboration skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
