- Operate and set up VMC, drilling, and milling machines independently for precision manufacturing
- Interpret complex technical drawings and ensure components meet tight tolerances
- Monitor production processes and maintain high quality standards
- Perform advanced troubleshooting, tool selection, and routine preventive maintenance
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and optimize machine efficiency
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in machining, with strong hands-on expertise in VMC and conventional machines
