Job Description
Job SummaryWe are hiring freshers who have completed SSLC (failed also acceptable) or 12th class and are interested in learning a machine operator trade. The selected candidates will be trained to operate Vollmer circular saw blade sharpening machines used for TCT blade re-sharpening.
Eligibility
SSLC pass / fail OR 12th class pass / fail
- Freshers only (no experience required)
- Male / Female candidates can apply
- Bangalore candidates preferred
Job Responsibilities
Learn operation of Vollmer sharpening machines under supervision
- Assist in sharpening TCT circular saw blades
- Learn blade inspection, handling, and basic measurements
- Maintain machine cleanliness and workplace safety
- Follow instructions from supervisor and senior operators
- Maintain basic job records
- Skills RequiredWillingness to learn machine work
- Basic understanding of tools and machines (training will be given)
- Discipline, punctuality, and attention to work
- Ability to work in a factory environment
