Job Description
- Machine Operation & Support Operate and assist in running production machinery and tools on the shop floor.
- Monitor machinery performance and flag issues to maintenance teams.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment to prevent stoppages.
- Conduct fault diagnosis and basic machine repairs.
- Fit and assemble mechanical parts and sub-assemblies accurately as per specifications.
- Use tools like calipers, micrometers, grinders, and drills.
- Assist with production line setups, tooling changes, and machine adjustments.
- Help in meeting daily/weekly production targets by supporting operational tasks.
- Inspect finished parts and machinery alignment to ensure quality standards.
- Implement safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
