Job Description
CNC Setter Responsibilities:
- Do machine setting, tool setting & offset adjustments
- Prepare machine for new job changeovers
- Troubleshoot machining issues
- Ensure first-piece approval as per drawing
- Load raw material, run cycle, monitor machining
- Maintain daily production records
- Improve tool life and cycle time
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of CNC turning/milling setting experience
- Ability to handle multi-machines
