Maintenance Engineer

Job Title: Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) Engineer

Location: JP Nagar, Bangalore

Salary: 30000-40000

Job Description:

·        Technical knowledge of fire alarm systems, sprinklers, hydrants, CCTV, access control, and suppression systems

·        Understanding

of safety codes & standards (like NFPA, local fire safety regulations)

·        Problem-solving

skills to diagnose faults and design safe systems

·        Attention

to detail — small mistakes can be dangerous

·        Basic

electrical & mechanical skills

·        

Ability

to read drawings and plans

·        

System testing,

inspection, and preventive maintenance

·        

Fire panel programming

basics & fault analysis

·        

Battery backup systems

and power supply checks

·        

Relevant fire safety

standards & codes (basic awareness)

Working principles of:

1. Fire alarm systems (conventional & addressable)
2. Smoke, heat, flame, and gas detectors
3. Sprinkler, hydrant, hose reel, and foam systems
4. Fire pumps (jockey, main, diesel, electric)

Requirements:

·        Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience

·        Good technical and site management skills

·        Willing to travel for project work
