Maintenance Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out regular preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, kitchen equipment, and general facilities.
• Identify and resolve maintenance issues promptly to avoid operational disruption.
• Coordinate with external vendors/service providers for repairs and AMC-related work.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities, service reports, and equipment status.
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and statutory norms.
• Conduct periodic inspections of equipment and infrastructure to ensure optimal working condition.
• Support store/facility teams during emergency breakdowns.
• Monitor utility usage (electricity, water, gas) and suggest cost-effective solutions.
• Ensure availability of tools, spares, and consumables required for maintenance work.
