Assisting property managers with daily tasks, such as tenant communications, inspections, and maintenance.
Contributing to marketing and advertising properties for rent.
Collecting, analyzing, and reporting data, such as market land sales, investment sales, and rent prices.
Managing and administering lease databases.
Managing and administering documents.
Participating in training sessions and workshops
