Position: Management Trainee - Credit Manager (Cross Sell)

Key Responsibilities:

 Credit Underwriting: Assess creditworthiness of applicants by analyzing financial data

and credit reports.  Income Profile Evaluation: Evaluate customer income profiles to determine eligibility

for loans and credit products.  CIBIL Report Analysis: Review and interpret CIBIL reports to assess credit history and

risk factors.  Bank Statement Analysis: Analyze bank statements to verify income sources and

spending habits.  Vendor Management: Maintain relationships with vendors to streamline processes and

enhance service delivery.  Non-Starter Follow-Up: Follow up with non-starter applications to gather additional

information and facilitate decision-making.  Timely Decision Making: Ensure decisions are made within the established turnaround

time (TAT) for processing applications. Qualifications:

 MBA (2023 , 2024 Batch If exams are completed OR Going through the Exams )

 Immediate availability to join.  Proximity to the office location preferred .  Good Intellectual ability to carry out the Job responsibility

 Good decision Making Skill .  Able to handle the Situation and Stress .  Preferable Male Only

Salary:

 Base Salary: ₹3.75 Lakh per annum

 Retention Bonus: ₹50,000 (payable at the end of the 15-month duration) , After

Confirmation the candidates are given the position Assistant Manager Post and Salary

hike . Duration:

 15 months (Management Trainee )
