Willing to do various activities to recruit advisors and Agency Partners.

Recruit and manage a team of Financial Advisors/Freelancers and generate business through them on Monthly Basis.

Should be able to align and work closely with advisor/ business associate and help advisor to reach income goal.

Development of agent prospecting habits, calling habits and work habits.

Customer Centricity Hold periodical customer meet to understand customer pulse & need.

Work with agent on planning and reviewing of activities and goals.

Identify the training needs of the agent and work with Trainers to improve the same

Meet Business Targets Achievement of monthly, quarterly & yearly business plans. Ensure companies product mix sales ration and adhere to the business norms.

Maintain agent pro activity as per business plan
