Job Role We are hiring a Manpower Operational Head to lead and manage end-to-end manpower operations across the South region. The role involves handling multiple sites, large workforce deployment, and ensuring smooth warehouse and logistics operations.

• Roles & ResponsibilitiesHandle complete manpower operations across South India
• Plan and execute manpower hiring as per client requirements
• Manage deployment across multiple warehouse locations
• Lead and supervise site supervisors and field teams
• Ensure manpower availability and avoid operational shortages
• Monitor daily attendance, productivity, and workforce performance
• Standardize operational processes and implement SOPs
• Coordinate with clients for requirement planning and issue resolution
• Manage escalations and resolve operational challenges quickly
• Oversee onboarding, documentation, compliance, and statutory requirements
• Track daily MIS reports (hiring, deployment, attendance, productivity)
• Control manpower costs and optimize resource utilization
• Ensure discipline, safety, and compliance across all sites
• Conduct regular site visits and performance reviews
• Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement
• Requirements 10+ years experience in manpower / warehouse / logistics operations
• Experience handling multi-location operations
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to manage large workforce (100+ manpower)
• Good knowledge of compliance and workforce management
• Strong reporting and coordination skills
