Manufacturing Engineer

We deliver end-to-end solutions in 3D Printing, Product Design, 3D Scanning, Reverse Engineering, and rapid manufacturing, supporting applications from prototypes to functional end-use parts.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to manage and execute day-to-day manufacturing operations.

The role involves handling 3D Printing processes, surface finishing, post-processing, and coordinating other manufacturing methods to ensure quality, timelines, and repeatability.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and manage 3D Printing workflows (SLA, FDM or similar)
• Plan print orientation, supports, and material selection based on application
• Handle post-processing activities including cleaning, curing, sanding, polishing, and painting
• Manage surface finishing quality and consistency across batches
• Coordinate with vendors for CNC machining, sheet metal, vacuum casting, and other processes
• Support production planning, scheduling, and job tracking
• Inspect parts for dimensional accuracy and surface quality
• Identify process improvements to reduce rework and lead time

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of additive manufacturing processes
• Knowledge of surface finishing techniques and quality standards
• Familiarity with CNC machining, sheet metal, and basic fabrication processes
• Ability to read engineering drawings and specifications
• Hands-on approach to manufacturing and problem-solving
