Job Description

Title: Marketing Associate (UAV Domain)

Location: Bengaluru

Education: A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is often required.

Experience: 2–4 years

About the Role: As a Marketing Associate in the unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) domain, your primary responsibilities are as follows.


Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Planning and Executing Campaigns: Developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote products or services.
  • Market Research: Analysing market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
  • Content Creation: Producing engaging content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and email campaigns.
  • Brand Management: Ensuring consistent brand messaging and maintaining the company's brand image.
  • Public Speaking and Advocacy: Represent the company at events, seminars, and webinars; Deliver engaging presentations to communicate project details and company vision; Act as a spokesperson for the brand in public forums.
  • Collaboration: Working with sales, product development, and other teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitoring and analysing the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and making data-driven decisions to improve results.
  • Stakeholder Relationship Management: Act as a point of contact for inquiries and collaborations; Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.


Qualifications and Skills:  

  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is often required. Bachelor’s degree in engineering is also preferred.
  • Experience: Previous experience in marketing or a related field is a must. Experience is sought in public speaking and event coordination.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to create compelling marketing messages with public speaking ability in both English and Hindi.
  • Creativity: Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing ideas.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis to measure campaign performance and identify trends.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms, such as SEO, SEM, and social media management tools and documentation software.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
