Role Overview

As a Marketing & Content Strategist, you’ll architect and execute the company’s content, email, and lead-generation strategy across multiple channels. You’ll curate and create high-impact stories, videos, and campaigns that connect with recruiters, founders, and CHROs — while using automation and AI tools to scale output and insights.

This role blends storytelling, systems thinking, and AI-driven growth, making it ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and technology.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Strategy & Storytelling

● Develop and execute multi-platform content calendars (LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Email).

● Build brand narratives rooted in recruiter pain points and AI-driven relief.

● Craft storytelling frameworks across the marketing funnel (awareness → education → conversion).

● Collaborate with product and design teams to ensure brand consistency and voice alignment.


2. Content Creation & Curation

● Script, produce, and oversee short-form videos (founder talks, explainer reels, campaigns).

● Create long-form assets like blogs, articles, guides, and thought leadership pieces.

● Curate stories from internal experts, customer experiences, and market insights to drive credibility.

● Repurpose content into carousels, newsletters, and lead-gen PDFs to extend lifecycle and reach.

3. Email Marketing & Automation

● Plan and execute email marketing journeys targeting recruiters, CHROs, and enterprise leads.

● Set up nurturing workflows to move users from awareness to conversion.

● Personalize outreach using AI tools and data triggers for higher engagement and CTRs.

● Track and report campaign performance (open rates, CTR, MQL→SQL conversions).

4. Lead Magnets & Demand Generation

● Conceptualize and create lead magnets such as checklists, reports, case studies, and calculators.

● Design conversion-focused landing pages and opt-in flows with strong CTAs.

● Work closely with design and sales teams to align lead magnets with funnel goals and audience pain points.

● Analyze content performance and optimize for higher-quality leads and reduced acquisition costs.

5. AI Tools & Marketing Automation

● Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini,Video Editing tools) for ideation, copywriting, and campaign optimization.

Experiment with new-gen AI agents for faster, smarter execution across marketing tasks.
