Job Description
SRT Tech Windows & Doors is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to develop and execute marketing strategies that promote our range of high-quality windows and doors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing brand awareness, generating leads, supporting sales growth, and strengthening relationships with contractors, builders, architects, and homeowners.
- Key Responsibilities1. Marketing Strategy & PlanningDevelop and implement marketing plans aligned with company sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends.
- Assist in pricing strategies and product positioning.
- 2. Digital MarketingManage company website content and ensure regular updates.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Run and monitor paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads).
- Improve online presence through SEO and content marketing strategies.
- Track and analyze digital marketing performance metrics.
- 3. Brand ManagementMaintain consistent brand identity across all marketing materials.
- Design and oversee production of brochures, catalogs, banners, and promotional materials.
- Ensure all marketing content reflects the quality and technical strength of SRT Tech products.
- 4. Lead Generation & Sales SupportGenerate qualified leads for the sales team through online and offline campaigns.
- Coordinate promotional activities, exhibitions, trade shows, and product launches.
- Prepare presentations and proposals for clients, contractors, and developers.
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve revenue targets.
- 5. Customer & Partner EngagementBuild and maintain relationships with builders, architects, interior designers, and distributors.
- Conduct product awareness campaigns and training sessions for partners.
- Gather customer feedback and provide insights for product improvement.
- 6. Reporting & AnalyticsMonitor marketing campaign performance and prepare monthly reports.
- Track return on investment (ROI) for marketing activities.
- Recommend improvements based on data analysis.
- Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing (experience in construction materials, windows & doors, or building products preferred).
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Creative thinking with strong analytical abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite is a plus).
