Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities1. Hospital & Patient MarketingPromote hospital services, specialties, doctors, and health packages.
  • Increase OPD/IPD admissions through ethical marketing activities.
  • Coordinate with doctors and departments for service promotion.
  • Plan health camps, CMEs, awareness programs, and outreach activities.
  • 2. Digital MarketingManage hospital website content, Google listings, and online reputation.
  • Handle social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Coordinate digital campaigns (SEO, Google Ads, WhatsApp campaigns).
  • Monitor online inquiries and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • 3. Field Marketing & Referral DevelopmentDevelop referral networks with clinics, GPs, corporates, insurance TPAs, and diagnostic centers.
  • Conduct regular field visits to doctors, corporates, and institutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with referral partners.
  • Collect market feedback and competitor analysis.
  • 4. Branding & CommunicationEnsure consistent hospital branding across all materials.
  • Design and coordinate brochures, banners, hoardings, posters, and standees.
  • Coordinate with vendors, printers, and ad agencies.
  • Support internal events, festivals, and hospital campaigns.
  • 5. Business Development & GrowthIdentify new marketing opportunities and partnerships.
  • Support corporate tie-ups, insurance empanelment promotion, and package sales.
  • Track patient conversion, campaign ROI, and admission data.
  • Work closely with front office and PRO teams to improve conversions.
  • 6. Reporting & CompliancePrepare daily/weekly/monthly marketing activity reports.
  • Maintain marketing budgets and expense records.
  • Ensure compliance with medical council, legal, and ethical marketing standards.
  • Follow hospital policies, confidentiality, and patient privacy norms.
  • Key Skills & CompetenciesStrong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of healthcare marketing ethics
  • Digital marketing knowledge (basic to advanced)
  • Field marketing and relationship-building skills
  • Data analysis and reporting ability
  • Planning, coordination, and multitasking
  • Qualification & ExperienceMBA / PG Diploma in Marketing / Healthcare Management (preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (minimum)
  • Experience:

  • 1–3 years for Executive
  • 4–8 years for Manager (Healthcare preferred)
