Position Title: Marketing Executive - Interiors/Construction

Job Summary: The Marketing Executive for Interiors will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote interior design products and services. This role involves a mix of strategic planning, creative thinking, and hands-on implementation to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Marketing Strategy:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to promote interior design products and services.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales objectives.

1. Content Creation:

• Create engaging content for various channels including social media, websites, blogs, and email campaigns.
• Develop promotional materials such as brochures, catalogs, and presentations.
• Manage the production of marketing materials, ensuring high quality and consistency with brand guidelines.

1. Digital Marketing:

• Manage the company’s online presence, including website, social media platforms, and online advertising campaigns.
• Optimize website content for SEO and improve the overall online user experience.
• Track and analyze digital marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.

1. Event Management:

• Plan and execute marketing events such as trade shows, exhibitions, and product launches.
• Coordinate with vendors, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful event execution.
• Generate post-event reports to evaluate the success and identify areas for improvement.

1. Public Relations:

• Develop and maintain relationships with industry media, bloggers, and influencers.
• Write and distribute press releases and other PR materials to promote the brand.
• Monitor media coverage and manage any potential PR crises.

1. Customer Engagement:

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer loyalty and retention.
• Manage customer feedback and work with the product development team to address any issues.
• Create and manage customer surveys to gather insights and improve services.

1. Budget Management:

• Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
• Track expenses and prepare regular budget reports for management review.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the interior design or home decor industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and social media strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in marketing software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, and CRM systems.
