Job Title: Marketing Executive

Location: New BEL Road, Bangalore.

Reporting To: Store Manager

Job Summary: We are looking for dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to promote the brand by conducting awareness drives and engaging potential customers. The ideal candidate will actively reach out to IT companies, residential societies, institutions, schools, and colleges to organize small-scale events, generate leads, and drive footfall to the store. They will also work on promoting and opening gold saving schemes.

• Key Responsibilities:

1. Brand Awareness & Outreach:

• Identify and approach IT companies, residential societies, schools, and colleges for promotional activities.
• Plan and execute awareness drives to create brand visibility.
• Develop relationships with HR, admin heads, and community leaders to facilitate brand promotions.

2. Event Planning & Execution:

• Organize small-scale promotional events within companies, institutions, and societies.
• Set up kiosks, conduct interactive sessions, and showcase jewellery collections.
• Capture leads and collect potential customer data during events.

3. Lead Generation & Store Walk-ins:

• Convert collected leads into store visits through follow-ups and promotional offers.
• Drive walk-ins and engagement at the store by targeting the right customer base.

4. Gold Saving Scheme Promotion:

• Educate potential customers on the benefits of the brand’s gold saving schemes.
• Actively pitch and enroll customers into these schemes.
• Follow up with existing leads to increase sign-ups.

5. Reporting & Coordination:

• Maintain detailed records of outreach activities, events, and lead conversions.
• Provide regular reports to the Store Manager on marketing performance and insights.
• Collaborate with the store team to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.

Key Requirements:Experience: 1-3 years in marketing, field sales, or brand promotions (preferably in jewellery, luxury retail, or financial products).

Education: Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
