Job Title: Marketing Executive – Service Apartment Business

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to promote our service apartment business, increase occupancy, and build strong relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, and online platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote service apartments through online and offline marketing

Handle OTA platforms (MakeMyTrip, Booking.com, Airbnb, Agoda, etc.)

Increase bookings through corporate tie-ups and travel agents

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (social media, Google listings, ads)

Visit corporate offices, hospitals, colleges, and IT parks for business tie-ups

Coordinate with operations team to ensure guest satisfaction and repeat bookings

Manage branding, posters, flyers, and promotional materials

Track competitors, pricing, and market trends

Prepare marketing reports and booking analysis

Requirements:

Experience in hospitality / service apartment / hotel marketing preferred

Good communication and negotiation skills

Knowledge of online booking platforms & social media

Basic understanding of digital marketing and sales

Ability to meet targets and work independently

Local market knowledge is an advantage

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Business / Hospitality (optional)

0–3 years of experience in hotel or service apartment marketing
