Marketing Executive

Job SummaryThe Marketing Executive at OSR Ceramic will be responsible for driving business growth by executing marketing activities across multiple channels. The role focuses on supporting sales through showroom marketing, site-level promotions, and field marketing initiatives, while also generating leads, strengthening brand presence, and managing channel partner engagement. This is a target-driven role requiring strong coordination, communication, and relationship management skills.

Key ResponsibilitiesShowroom & Site Marketing

• Support showroom walk-ins through branding, promotions, and marketing collateral
• Coordinate site visits, local activations, and project-based marketing initiatives
• Ensure effective in-store visibility and product promotion

Field Marketing & Lead Generation

• Generate new leads through on-ground marketing activities and market outreach
• Plan and execute local campaigns, dealer meets, contractor meets, and influencer programs
• Support channel partners, dealers, architects, and corporate clients with marketing initiatives

Branding & Promotions

• Execute ATL/BTL activities including hoardings, events, exhibitions, and trade shows
• Coordinate printing and distribution of brochures, catalogs, banners, and POS materials
• Ensure consistent brand communication across all touchpoints

Market Intelligence & Reporting

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Track campaign performance and support sales targets
• Prepare regular marketing activity and lead reports
