Marketing Executive

About the RoleWe are looking for a Marketing Executive to manage and nurture leads for our legal and compliance services. The role involves handling inbound enquiries, qualifying prospects, coordinating with the sales and legal teams, and ensuring seamless conversion of leads into clients.

• Key ResponsibilitiesLead Management & ConversionHandle inbound leads related to legal services such as company registration, GST, trademark, compliance, etc.
• Qualify leads based on requirements, urgency, and service fit
• Engage with prospects via calls, WhatsApp, email, and CRM tools
• Convert qualified leads into paying clients
• Client InteractionExplain service offerings clearly and professionally
• Guide clients through the onboarding process
• Address basic queries related to legal services (training will be provided)
• CoordinationWork closely with internal teams (legal, operations, back office)
• Ensure smooth handover of converted clients for execution
• Follow up with prospects and maintain engagement
• CRM & Data ManagementMaintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and status updates
• Track lead lifecycle from enquiry to conversion
• Generate basic reports on lead performance
• Marketing SupportAssist in executing marketing campaigns (digital ads, landing pages, etc.)
• Provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness
• Required SkillsStrong communication skills (English + Hindi or regional language preferred)
• Good understanding of sales funnels and lead handling
• Basic knowledge of legal services (company registration, GST, etc.) is a plus
• Familiarity with CRM tools and WhatsApp-based communication
• Ability to build trust with clients
