Marketing Executive

Role Summary

We are looking for energetic and customer-friendly individuals to engage with two-wheeler riders at fuel stations, introduce RapidFix services, and convert walk-ins into paying customers.

This is a high-impact, on-ground role directly responsible for driving daily footfall and revenue.

Bengaluru, Mysuru

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Engagement (Primary Role)

• Approach two-wheeler riders at fuel stations

• Explain RapidFix services in a simple, confident manner

• Promote free safety checks / offers

• Drive customers to the RapidFix service area

2. Conversion to Business

• Convince customers to opt for:

o Quick check-ups

o Oil change services

o Full-service packages

• Achieve daily walk-in and conversion targets

3. On-Ground Marketing Execution

• Distribute pamphlets to nearby customers

• Promote offers at the fuel station

• Assist in local campaigns (Women’s Day, launch offers, etc.)

4. Lead Capture

• Collect customer details:

o Name

o Phone number

o Vehicle type

• Build a local customer database for repeat business

5. Coordination with Service Team

• Ensure smooth handover of customers to technicians

• Follow up on customer experience

• Maintain basic records of daily activity

Daily Targets (Indicative)

• Engage: 100–150 customers/day

• Convert: 10–20 customers/day

• Lead collection: 20+ contacts/day
