🎯 Job SummaryThe Marketing Executive will be responsible for direct marketing activities, including contacting schools, colleges, hospitals, apartments, and industries to generate leads, convert them into sales, collect payments, and maintain long-term customer relationships.

• 🔑 Key Responsibilities1️⃣ Direct Marketing & Lead GenerationVisit schools, colleges, hospitals, apartments, and industries
• Introduce company products (Domestic RO, Commercial RO, Industrial RO Plants)
• Identify water purification requirements
• Generate qualified leads through field visits
• 2️⃣ Sales ConversionPrepare quotations and proposals
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations
• Negotiate pricing and close sales
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• 3️⃣ Payment CollectionCoordinate with accounts department
• Follow up for advance and balance payments
• Ensure timely collection as per company policy
• 4️⃣ Customer Relationship ManagementMaintain strong relationships with institutional clients
• Ensure smooth installation coordination
• Follow up for AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts)
• Generate repeat business and referrals
• 5️⃣ Reporting & DocumentationMaintain daily visit reports
• Update lead status and sales pipeline
• Submit weekly performance reports to management
• 🎓 QualificationAny Degree / MBA (Marketing preferred)
• Good communication skills (English & Kannada preferred)
• 💼 Experience1–4 years experience in field sales / institutional marketing
• Experience in RO / Industrial Equipment sales preferred
• Freshers with strong field marketing interest can apply
• 🛠 Required SkillsStrong communication & negotiation skills
• Confidence in meeting institutional clients
• Target-oriented and self-driven
• Ability to travel locally
• Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred
