Job Description

Sales  – Printing Services is responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients, managing key accounts, and expanding market presence for printing solutions such as digital printing, offset printing, large-format, packaging, signage, and promotional materials. The role focuses on strategic sales planning, team leadership, and delivering customised print solutions to clients.

  • Key Responsibilities 1. Sales & Business DevelopmentIdentify and develop new business opportunities in commercial and corporate printing.
  • Promote printing services, including brochures, catalogues, banners, signage, packaging, labels, and customised print solutions.
  • Prepare and execute sales plans to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
  • 2. Client Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, agencies, retailers, and brands.
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable printing solutions.
  • Handle negotiations, pricing, contracts, and closures.
  • 3. Team Leadership Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
  • Set sales goals, monitor performance, and provide regular coaching.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (production, design, operations) to ensure timely delivery.
  • 4. Market & Competitor AnalysisMonitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Identify new product and service opportunities in the printing industry.
  • Provide feedback to management on market demand and pricing strategies.
  • 5. Order Management & CoordinationEnsure accurate order processing, cost estimation, and timely execution.
  • Coordinate with production teams to meet quality standards and deadlines.
  • Resolve customer complaints and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • 6. Reporting & DocumentationPrepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and pipeline updates.
  • Maintain CRM records and customer databases.
  • Track sales metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Required Skills & CompetenciesStrong knowledge of printing processes (digital, offset, large-format, screen printing, packaging).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven leadership and team-management abilities.
  • Strong customer-centric and solution-selling approach.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive sales targets.
  • QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in sales within the printing or related industry.
  • Experience handling corporate and B2B clients is highly desirable.
