(Grade A defined as ability to provide steady stream of referrals providing an average business of at least 1 lakh per month).

3) Embrace product-based revenue (‘PBR’) and oversee its roll-out in your respective locations (5%).

4) Provide direct input in supporting smooth functioning of AT clinics and participate in the pivot to omni-channel service model as required (5%).

5) Provide direct input in smooth functioning of cross-revenue departments (tender/CSR/TM/DM/Finance). More generic tasks are; provide data, proof read content, participate in stakeholder meetings/demos etc and undertake other tasks as requested by the line manager (5%).

6) Provide direct input in smooth functioning of operations department (HR/Finance/Logistics/Admin). More generic tasks are; provide data, proof read content, participate in stakeholder meetings/demos etc and undertake other tasks as requested by the line manager (5%).

7) Participate actively in management meetings as required and take forward actions.
